Refund policy

Pure Infinity Botanicals offers a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, customers must contact us within 30 days of their purchase date. Products must be returned in their original packaging and should be unused, unopened, and in resellable condition unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
To start a return, please contact us by calling 772-485-4775 or emailing info@pureinfinitybotanicals.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrived damaged or defective.
Pure Infinity Botanicals reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
